Before Your Appointment
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners 24 hours prior
- No sunburns or active skin irritation in the treatment area
- Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest
After Your Appointment
- Keep area clean and dry for the first few days
- Apply healing ointment as advised
- Avoid sweating, swimming, and sun exposure for 7–10 days
- Do not pick or scratch healing skin
